Comment now

We are accepting comments through Nov. 2.

Your input is crucial in shaping the future of the Everett Link Extension. The Sound Transit Board will use your feedback to help select or modify the preferred alternatives. Before providing your comments, we recommend reviewing the Draft EIS findings for the topics you care about before submitting your comments.

Sound Transit will respond to substantive comments in the Final EIS, expected late 2027. Comments submitted during the Draft EIS comment period will be included in the Final EIS.

*Note: Comments on the Draft EIS are public record. Names will be published in the Final EIS so that you can find your comment and the response. If you would like to submit your comment anonymously, you may enter a nickname instead of your name so that you can find it later.

Tips for writing effective comments

  1. Be specific. If you are commenting on a station area, include the station alternative name. Include references to specific pages, sections, and chapters.
  2. Explain your perspective. Sharing how plans will positively or negatively affect you, the environment, your community, or your business helps Sound Transit better understand how plans will shape the community and work to minimize impacts.
  3. State what you support or oppose, and why: If you support a particular alternative or design element, explain what you like about it and how it could benefit you or your community. If you oppose certain alternatives or other aspects, describe your concerns and suggest improvements.

For additional information on stations, alignments, and OMF North, please refer to the Alternatives pages.
